Encouraging employee engagement through mutual recognition
At DJOB, we innovate to encourage employee engagement through mutual recognition, creating a positive work environment and a more inclusive corporate culture. As a 3D modeler, I was able to create their token collection containing around a hundred items based on several themes and various levels ranging from Bronze, to Silver, to Gold, with all three levels going from one to three stars.
The Challenge
DJOB had a need for 3D modeling that I could fulfill, I used my skills in 3D and graphic design to bring the token collection that needed to be created to life.
✏️ The design of tokens
The tokens were intended to convey well-defined and different messages while having evolving forms, for this I had several avenues that could go in this direction: change the color, the material, the shape, merge tokens…
💻 Token modeling
The laptop I had at the time of creation was my personal laptop, it wasn’t a beast of a machine, it lagged, crashed a lot, it wasn’t built for 3D... But I still managed to do the job!
🏅 About a hundred tokens
The number of tokens to model was impressive, roughly a hundred, there were level tokens, beta tester tokens, event tokens…
The solution
An iconic token shape!
Djob assigned me the task of generating a series of tokens illustrating employee investment by adopting DJOB's unique design: the staircase. This figure symbolizes progress, victory, and self-improvement, which aligns well with the shape of the tokens to express the values and promises that these tokens can convey.

Here are the two ideas that were retained, the first being a complete token that has a half that stands out. The second is actually divided into two; the upper token corresponds to the logo of the company offering the token service to its collaborators, while the lower part corresponds to the theme. These two parts can then be merged to create a single token that is worth multiple points.

Level tokens are obtained through challenges proposed by team leaders or through actions taken by collaborators. These tokens are divided into several categories: Atmosphere, Team Cohesion, Hard Skills, Soft Skills, Environmental Impact, Societal Impact. These categories are spread over 3 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold. They themselves are divided into 3 tiers: 1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars. Now, calculate the number of level tokens! 👀
