HiveCollective is a community of freelancers, all experts in their field. The collective brings freelancers together under a single logo, allowing them to attract new clients and enhance their skills. It is also a suitable option for prospects due to its affordable rates and the quality of its work. A special rate is also offered for students and associations because we understand the financial difficulties they may encounter.
My Contribution
I created this collective in order to bring together freelancers who struggle to find clients. The collective allows us to band together and share our skills. I created everything from A to Z: the visual identity, the graphic charter, the web design, web development, communication tools and materials, etc...
Visual Identity
The logo is based on the number 365, which means we are available at any time during the year. The shape of the bottom of these numbers also echoes the letter 'C' found in the slogan. The logo takes inspiration from the bottom of these numbers.
Information
I chose to use the color red because it is a color that conveys commitment, passion, and excitement. This red is flashy enough to be seen from afar, plus it is my favorite color! I then decided not to use pure white and black, as they are too harsh on the eye.
Web Design
The user needed to understand the actions and functionality of the collective, so it was necessary for Ux Design and Ux Writing to be optimized in this regard. For the style, I opted for Flat Design with scroll animations to create a dynamic website.
Web Development
Once the visual identity of the collective and the design were defined, it was just a matter of integrating the mockup into the site. For that, no plugins were used; I did everything from scratch. My challenge was to build this site in one week, and it was a challenge successfully accomplished.
